Reading 4

 For this weeks reading I looked at all my sources for my topics which are the design process of a game and visual and audio elements I will be using the step by step to discursive writing to help me paraphrase and re write some of the material in the articles to create material that will be eligible for my topics on the chapter creating the user experience.

So far I have looked at 10 readings I do need to do a lot more research before I begin writing but I do understand from this reading how to re write information from articles in a professional way I have also added a lot of my sources online to the matrix I have only added 7 of my readings but will add a lot more when I do more research I feel like now I know what I am doing I will fly through the research and once I start writing out all the material that I have researched I will get a better understanding of everything.

Overall I feel like the research is helping a lot and so is the matrix the one thing I am finding difficult is finding readings that are relatable to my chapter and topics but so far I have found a few on google scholar but I have also found a few on google but overall I think I am understanding everything a lot more.

Favorite game

Mario kart  One of my favorite games would have to be Mario kart I have played Mario kart for years and I am still in love with the game. Mario kart is a racing game developed by Nintendo who have also developed the game super Mario another one of my favorite games. Mario kart- Wikipedia In the game Mario kart you can compete with up to 12 players and have a selection of different race tracks and a selection of different players and karts my favorite race track would have to be Bowser's castle and my favorite player would have to be princess peach or Mario. Growth mindset

Growth minds et I have never heard of Carol Dweck before this module but after listening to her Ted talk and her other videos I feel like she is very inspiring but I have heard of a growth mindset before in secondary school and how to expand our mindset. I feel like overall I have a growth mindset and I am open to learning from my mistakes and I am open to learn new things. Since I have started at TU Dublin I feel like my mindset has grown even more because I got to learn so many new things from different modules and from the people in the course and I feel like I have processed it all well one of my biggest challenges was trying to get all my work done for college even though I loved learning new things while also trying to balance a social life.
